Once a week, during a Live Session, everybody in the cohort will receive the same writing prompt. On the call, you will immediately jump into breakout rooms to discuss the prompt and your ideas with your peers.

Write from Conversation

Brainstorm in Idea Gyms. You’ll pitch your idea to your peers, refine it through one-on-one conversations, and leave with a concrete plan for your next piece.

Draft

Start writing! You’ll have the most productive writing sessions of your life in Writing Gyms — silent group writing sessions that help you sink into an uninterrupted flow. Or, attend Deep Dives for writing exercises that will get you unstuck.

Revise

Submit your draft and exchange feedback with your peers. Through insights from trained Editors, you will identify which ideas are surprising and memorable. With every edit you make, you’ll become a better writer.

Publish!

Publish your work on your website or as the latest issue of your newsletter. Then, post about it in the community forum, and celebrate your peers’ wins.

Distribute

Your readers haven’t memorized the URL of your website, and new readers won’t find you unless you distribute your work across multiple platforms. The last step of the writing process isn’t hitting “Publish.” It’s distribution.
